As a small company, we specialize in creating custom homes that uniquely suit the lifestyle and design interests you are looking for in a tinyhome.

It all starts with a conversation. During our initial consultation we’ll discuss design and floorplan layouts so we can begin drafting a 3D sketchup model. Upon agreeing on your layout and timeline, we can begin building your tinyhome. We like to break down the construction into three phases: Exterior Framing/Sheathing, Interior Rough-in/Utilities, and Finish Carpentry/Installation. This allows us to get each phase inspected and certified but also gives you an opportunity to see how your build is progressing and implement any design changes along the way.
